Our MD Mark has just had a visit from his in-laws who live in Spain. As usual Mark had the job of arranging their hire car at Gatwick airport. A Renault Clio (or similar) economy car was booked with Hertz, who noted the relationship on the booking. The Hertz office at Gatwick airport kindly gave the old folk a free up-grade, supplying a spacious and comfortable Fiat Bravo. So many thanks again to Hertz.
