‘Mark – I thought you would appreciate a little feedback on our recent car hire transaction brokered by yourself. We had a good holiday and the car arrangements worked as described and planned….Thankfully the boot was large enough for our luggage and the car did everything we wanted from it. The air-conditioning coped well with the day time temperatures of around 35. I am not sure I would have been as happy with a larger car considering the narrowness of some of the streets in the villages we visited (on the Portugese Algarve). Regular clients of ours recently booked their car for Spain, this year travelling to Alicante on the Costa Blanca. They chose a VW Polo 5 door with air-conditioning from a new rental company, Dickmanns. Dickmanns have offices at Valencia, Murcia and Almeria airports as well as Alicante and also some resort offices. Feedback from our clients is as follows ‘Greetings from sunny Spain. Thought you might like to know that we were very impressed with Dickmanns car hire. The car was in mint condition and the man at the check-in was very helpful and efficient’.

Just received is this feedabck about a clients recent rental at Pisa in Italy
‘Hi Mark, thanks again for the Newsletter, also a big thanks for another faultless rental, just one thing… you need to exit the arrivals hall, turn right and walk about 50 metres to a free bus stand to the car rental area..on the return I dropped all my party and luggage at the departures door then returned the bus (actually a 9-seater people-carrier) and walked back to the airport..the bus had a broken side mirror but it was usable and they did know about it, other than … Continue Reading
A regular client was in the US recently and again chose Alamo as his rental company. He sent this feedback:-
‘..had a great time. Alamo as ever were exceptional….they arranged another car with minimum fuss…there was only one lady who went beyond the call of duty and even called me back the next day to confirm all went well..’
Our client was on a touring holiday so doubtless this standard of service was provided by more than one office although he did mention the Orlando International airport (MCO) as being particularly helpful. Our thanks to Alamo for looking after our client.
